[and optionally, be able to restart its switch in zigbee]
Background and objective
I have a high-performance Synology 2600 Router but it takes a few minutes to be fully operational on my local network.
In the event of a general power outage (caused or suffered) when all the equipment is turned on at the same time, the equipment that is on the POE switch also starts at the same time as the router that is not able to assign their IP address to them (since it has not completed its initialisation), this can sometimes be problematic.
So I looked for a way to slow down the switch by a few minutes.
I did not want to use ‘home automation intelligence’ such as a controlled socket or other, I wanted a stand-alone system that shifts the power on the switch over time.
Misuse of the usual mode of operation
This module is very classically a system to do Normally Open or Normally Closed with two modes, a delay on the ON and a delay on the OFF.
Logically, for a conventional use, as documented, the Delay Mode on the ON and the Normally Open circuit should be used.
Assuming that a pasted relay consumes more than an unpasted relay, and taking into account that in 99% time this module will be used live, I will use the opposite of the usual mode, i.e.: the Mode delay on OFF and the circuit Normally closed.
Note: In case of failure of this module, we could imagine that the relay will stop taking off, so this mode suits us in case of failure.
Material
I ordered a DIN delay timer, reference GRT8-EC of the brand GEYA. (12€ including shipping)

In my case, this is the mode Delay off which must be used, i.e. a delay in switching to OFF, so the switch goes to the right.

The 3 small parameters of T make it possible to configure the delay interval, on the side of the module, all modes are described, I will use the 1m-10m mode, i.e.:

And to put 5 minutes, I turn the wheel on 50%.
Connection of this equipment

- Entrance : This module is powered by 220v between A1 and A2 (or A3)
- Exit : The normally closed will not paste the relay in 99% time, we'll use the terminals 15 and 16.

It is obviously the Phase wire that will be cut by the time relay, between terminals 15 and 16.
[OPTION] To relaunch the switch
After connecting the device shown above, I thought I had to put the Din timer in a box. All boxes are minimum for 2 DIN modules. On this occasion, I could add a small module that would allow me to make an OFF/ON to relaunch the Switch POE if one of my cameras had to be relaunched, my doorman or any equipment powered by POE.
Material
I looked for equipment compatible with Zigbee2MQTT and well integrated, I ordered a ATMS1602Z which is sold under the name Zigbee Smart Timer Meter.

I do not specifically need the voltage measurement functionality, but this equipment works very well.

I ordered it at €27.10 including shipping, delivered in 10 days.
Operation of this equipment
I do not use a switch, I just use the equipment to do a remote OFF/ON from Jeedom in a script.
The connection is therefore very simple:

The diagram is very simple, it does not call for any particular remark.
Note: : it is always the phase that is cut, the connection of the Neutral can therefore be made either to the NOut terminal of the ATMS or to a N terminal of the circuit:

Store everything in a DIN box
To make it cleaner, the whole thing ends up in a DIN box (7.12€)

Yes, I know, ATMS is upside down, it's just that for the connections it was much simpler 😁
