The solution that I am looking for exists in its final version, approved and complete by Mr Legrand, it is called ‘STOP and GO standard DX³ automatic trigger’, tariff: between €265.70 and €376.10, so off budget for me. Given the price, I did not go looking for how this product was connected, I imagine that it is necessary to add other modules from the same house to the invoice.
Edit : I found, reference Ref. 4 149 54, complete product: 514€40
I discovered that the Chinese had invented a divisional circuit breaker device controlled by WIFI, I ordered a ZJSB9 from CNZjSC on AliExpress for €33.25.
Please note that this is a divisional circuit breaker and not a switch or a differential circuit breaker. I would have preferred a 30mA differential, but it does not seem to exist.

Purpose of this article and Warnings

This article is only proposed on an experimental basis to test what connected Chinese equipment can offer.
I would not advise the installation of this equipment in a residential electrical panel.
Note that anything related to the switchboard or the connection to the 220v can be dangerous and must require the expertise of a professional.
To the question of the EC standard or not of this equipment, I have no answer, I let you see the photo of the equipment and the difference between European compliance and China Export:

Configuring IFTTT

I created 4 Applets, two to send switching commands to ON or OFF (Circuit breakerDIN-ON and Circuit breakerDIN-OFF) and two to recover a change of state (DIN circuit breaker switches to ON and DIN circuit breaker switches to OFF)
* Circuit breakerDIN-ON and Circuit breakerDIN-OFF are two applets eWeLink Smart Home => Webhooks (=> Jeedom)
* DIN circuit breaker switches to ON and DIN circuit breaker switches to OFF are two applets Webhooks => eWeLink Smart Home
If you are looking for how to retrieve the WebHooks key on the IFTTT website, I posted on it: Retrieve the WebHooks key from the IFTTT site
Configuration in Jeedom

I have created a Virtual: DIN circuit breaker

This device has two states (commands) ON and OFF and each command launches #[Garage][DIN circuit breaker][OFF]# or #[Garage][DIN circuit breaker][ON]#
#[Garage][DIN circuit breaker][OFF]# or #[Garage][DIN circuit breaker][ON]# are two commands created in "Script" that send an HTTP request to the IFTTT Maker.
Result in Jeedom
If I click on the plug, it cuts the juice. If the circuit breaker is manually operated, the status updates in Jeedom
