href=\"https:\/\/www.sigalou-domotique.fr\/en\/product\/d1-mini-v4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">D1 MINI V4<\/a>, This time, I'm interconnecting it with ESP Home.<\/p>\r\n<p><!--more-->To Flash a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sigalou-domotique.fr\/en\/product\/d1-mini-v4\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">D1 MINI V4<\/a> with ESP Home, you have to<\/p>\r\n<ol class=\"-mt-1 [li&gt;&amp;]:mt-2 list-decimal space-y-2 pl-8\">\r\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Necessary equipment:<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul class=\"-mt-1 [li&gt;&amp;]:mt-2 list-disc space-y-2 class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">A good quality micro-USB cable (for data connection, not just power supply)<\/li>\r\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">A computer with a USB break-words\">according to the doc: A USB-series driver (CH340 for the D1 mini V4) I did not need it.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>ESP Home Builder<\/h2>\r\n<p>If it is not already installed, I install the ESPHome Device Builder integration<\/p>\r\n<p><a The equipment will end up in 192.168.4.xxx<\/p>\r\n<p>But first, I will change \u2018cheating\u2019 to affect it on the vlan (via DHCP) of my Home Assistant, because the automatic discovery of ESPHome via mDNS does not work between two VLANs, because the multicast is not usually routed by default between VLANs.<\/p>\r\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full
