{"id":7147,"date":"2024-05-12T21:06:09","date_gmt":"2024-05-12T19:06:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sigalou-domotique.fr\/?p=7147"},"modified":"2026-01-02T16:55:39","modified_gmt":"2026-01-02T14:55:39","slug":"je-voudrais-recevoir-une-notification-sur-mon-telephone-quand-on-sonne-au-portail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sigalou-domotique.fr\/en\/je-voudrais-recevoir-une-notification-sur-mon-telephone-quand-on-sonne-au-portail","title":{"rendered":"I would like to receive a notification on my phone when ringing the portal"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My goal<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I would like Home Assistant to send me on my phone the photo of the camera filming the entrance to my house when someone rings the doorbell.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">My prerequisites<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obviously, to achieve this, there are several necessary prerequisites:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Integration <a href=\"https:\/\/tech7fox.github.io\/sip-hass-docs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SIP-HASS<\/a> since my doorman is in SIP, I will therefore use it to detect the change in status of the doorman line.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Integration <a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/mjpeg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MJPEG IP Camera<\/a> which recovers my camera feeds but any other camera integration will work.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Integration <a href=\"https:\/\/www.home-assistant.io\/integrations\/pushover\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PushOver<\/a> which I have been using for a very long time and which is my instant messaging dedicated to home automation but any other notification integration should work.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I'm checking how to get a snapshot of the camera.<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To send the image of the camera via PushOver, I must have it on a local jpg file, ideally, I store it well. So I test the service <strong>camera.snapshot<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW EnlighterJSRAW\" data-enlighter-language=\"yaml\" data-enlighter-theme=\"\" data-enlighter-highlight=\"\" data-enlighter-linenumbers=\"\" data-enlighter-lineoffset=\"\" data-enlighter-title=\"\" data-enlighter-group=\"\">Service: camera.snapshot data: filename: \/media\/cameras\/cars\/last.jpg target: entity_id: camera.camera _cars<\/pre>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The camera that displays the bell view is the _cars camera. I was surprised by the simplicity of creating a camera folder and then cars in media! It was Ha who managed everything, I had nothing to declare, the first launch of this service created the files and made the snapshot!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I realize my Automation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<pre class=\"EnlighterJSRAW EnlighterJSRAW\" data-enlighter-language=\"yaml\" data-enlighter-theme=\"\" data-enlighter-highlight=\"\" data-enlighter-linenumbers=\"\" data-enlighter-lineoffset=\"\" data-enlighter-title=\"\" data-enlighter-group=\"\">alias: We ring the doorman description: \"\" trigger: -
